Yin involves holding floor poses for 1-5 minutes each.  It is challenging, fascinating and meditative. We work with held ‘yin’ postures, simple meditation, strong dynamic postures and relaxation. We occasionally get into the garden and star gaze.


If you attend this class regularly I think you will notice changes in body comfort and in your ability to be still, as I have done.  I love  Yin Yoga and have attended many intensive courses with Sarah Powers and Paul Grilley.
