Yin involves holding floor poses for 3-5 minutes each. It is challenging, fascinating and meditative.
We work with held ‘yin’ postures, simple meditation, strong, dynamic postures and relaxation. We occasionally get into the garden and star gaze.
If you attend this class regularly I think you will notice changes in flexibility and in your ability to be still, as I have done. I love my Yin Yoga and have attended many intensive teacher training courses with Sarah Powers and with Paul Grilley.
'I like how yin postures work around the person & fit every individual; the real fire and the feeling of being made welcome in Sally’s home. Just love the whole format – mix of yin & hatha is perfect.' - Emma
