Gentle - Yoga, meditation and extended relaxation at my house, good for absolutely all abilities, issues and ages - present students range in age from 40 to 90.

Yin - a slow-paced style of yoga with floor postures held for 1-5 minutes; the class also includes dynamic postures for balance.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction - 9 week course; through sitting, walking and lying meditation, mindful movement, discussion and attention to everyday experience learn to practice and embody mindfulness – choosing to pay attention non-judgementally to experience in the present moment.
